Stamford Home Inspector

You have found it! After all of your researching - on the web, open houses, visiting with your Stamford Realtor - you have discovered home of your dreams. Finding Home Inspector to analyze perhaps your largest investment is an very easy decision. But what should you expect to see from a home inspection? There is a huge difference with what some other Home Inspection in Stamford, Connecticut offer you. You need "A home inspection the way it should be".

Having professionally inspected thousands of properties in Westchester and Fairfield County, I've found that no one ever sees it all. Almost always there is some new surprise when you least expect it. However, I have found some standard types of house imperfections which rear their ugly heads as frequently as the sun goes up, not only to older Stamford homes, but often in brand new ones, even before the smell of new paint become a memory.

Experienced Stamford Home Inspector

Despite the fact that I do take the time to inspect your Stamford property extensively, I also take time to reveal the findings so you fully understand your home's condition. My home inspection reports are easy to read, pc generated and customized with digital snapshots of your new home. When completed, you should have a better understanding of the products of your house and the way in which it operates. Your report can be your home reference handbook to refer to if needed. If you have any questions just before, throughout or following the inspection, simply ask me. I will do everything I can to help you through the inspection process. From the inspection agreement, the inspection itself, knowing your report and answering every question you might have. You could call with any question or for any reason between the hours of 6 AM to 10:00 PM, 7 days a week. If I don't have the answer for you immediately, I'm able to ask over 8,000 Home Inspector associates of the International Association of Certified Home Inspector (InterNACHI) whom I can ask just about any question 24 hours a day and often have an answer over a couple of hours.

Custom Home Inspection- No two properties throughout the Stamford area exactly the same and not everyone needs nor would like the same home inspection. A rehabber within Stamford requires a different inspection than a family beyond the Stamford area. I provide different kinds of home inspections to get the inspection that fits YOUR individual needs.

Thorough Stamford Home Inspector - No matter which inspection you choose, your Stamford home inspection will cover all of the details that are necessary to YOU. I schedule a maximum of two clients per day so that I can spend the required time to complete your home inspection the way it should be. My home inspection reports includes your attendance and final walk-through about your house and normal maintenance and safety tips.

Fair Home Inspection- I have absolutely no incentive to record anything apart from the precise condition of your Stamford residence. I solely do home inspections and do not offer repairs or contacts for any problems that may be uncovered. I don't work for the Stamford Realtors - even when they referred me to you. I work just for you and do everything to make your home inspection as easy for you as possible.

Guaranteed Service- It’s really simple - you should be totally satisfied with your home inspection. If you're not pleased about my efforts, let me know before you get your Stamford home inspection report, and I'll make it right, or you don't pay.

If you want price, make sure you call me at (877)723-0011 (I answer my phone 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM, seven days a week) or complete my online contact form. I'll have a firm price for you that's good for 30 days.
